BeeCanBanshee Posted December 31, 2012 Report Posted December 31, 2012 Was thinking of getting outerwears for my 2 stage uni's but hen I searched for it I noticed that people were comparing the uni's to K&N's with outwears so I'm curious if I even need them. Does the top layer on a 2 stage uni act like a outerwear? Would it be to restricting to run outerwears on them? Quote

Honestly an outer wear couldn't hurt but probably wouldn't do to much for them that they couldn't do them selves. There are a ton of people that use the filter socks for silt type of conditions. I know a ton of people who even swear by panty hose over their foam filters, and they swap them every ride/race. Seemed to help them stay cleaner longer Quote
