bansheerider327 Posted December 9, 2012 Report Posted December 9, 2012 Get a 4 mil crank and port the stock jugs for it, you'll be happy. Quote
oldskool Posted December 10, 2012 Report Posted December 10, 2012 A nice set of ported cylinders by a pro will give you some significant hp gains. This is prolly the most gain for your buck. But if you want more yeah 4mil,coolhead,domes and port. Quote
KINGpimp Posted December 10, 2012 Author Report Posted December 10, 2012 i see.. talking about pretty significant amount of money. every crank i have saw has been over 375. on ebay. i would love to go to a 4 mil crank just gonna take my time and buy a part at a time i guess lol. is there a significant difference than a stock shee? Pastrykiller Posted December 10, 2012 Report Posted December 10, 2012 Is a frogs ass water tight. Any professional port work will enhance the performance. Add 4 mil to the mix and its on. Go 4 mil and port the jugs. Quote
KINGpimp Posted December 10, 2012 Author Report Posted December 10, 2012 well im looking on here for some cool heads. advanced timing plate and i alread have t5's and vf3's so im at a start. just gotta get the cool head and plate. then i guess save some money for the crank. Quote
Surfrjag Posted December 10, 2012 Report Posted December 10, 2012 i would just go ahead and port the stock jugs. it can be very impressive what a ported bike will do.. Quote
