How many runs did you make on those plugs? You get false readings from plugs that have been run more than once....your looking for something JUST a little darker than that in my opinion but only 2mms from where it starts to where it ends in gritty....not the whole porcelain piece like is shown...

guy.... forget about the plug chops... go with how it runs. jet up until it runs like poo WOT... then jet down 1 size at a time until it cleans up or you dont notice it running like crap.

throw in a 27.5 pilot set your air screw 1.5-2.5 turns and ride the piss out of it.

Well, keep going higher than 320 until it is 'bogging ridiculously' Except this time it won't be Lean bogging, it will be four stroking ( firing every other stroke ) because it is Rich.

Then work your way down from there depending on your future mods and current ambient temperature

that almost looks like wash-out on the plugs.  first off, you need to be pulling like 12 second wot loaded run... and yes, you jet by feel/sound, but if you don't already know how, then doing the plug chops are a way to teach you and confirm that you are not just guessing....
