Well everybody that's been wondering what was the results of this situation. Ebay emailed me yesterday & ruled in my favor & decided not to refund the buyer. The hold on that paypal transaction has been removed & case is now closed. This was a very big learning experience for me & I will not & I repeat will not deal with anybody that's new or I don't know unless you are vouched for by someone with good rep. Glad this is over.
