Shop to rebuild top-end in San Diego

I live in North County San Diego and I am looking for advice on where to take my cylinders to get resurfaced. My buddy and I are planning on doing the rebuild to save some money. Mine should just need resurfacing, his probably needs to be bored out. I've seen places like "Fullbore" online where you send in the cylinders and they send them back with the pistons and rings and everything else. Wanted to know if anyone knew of local shops that do the same, or online places like Fullbore. Never done this before so any advice would be appreciated.

And 1 more thing I forgot to mention. Have him port the cylinders while he has them off. It is well worth the extra money and will run like a bat outta hell.

I live in michigan, and have used fast racing , and hjr, both are great to deal with. being that close to Kevin @hjr I would use him if I was you.
