Badbar88 Posted September 13, 2012 Report Posted September 13, 2012

Please let me know how you did it

I think it might be that a banshee has a bigger feel to it and its more comfortable when your 6'3", 235. Or maybe it's cuz my girl Matt built my shocks! Quote
MikeOxbig Posted September 13, 2012 Report Posted September 13, 2012 Dude Hondas are not cool at all, keep your Bangshee! Quote
mike0chek Posted September 18, 2012 Report Posted September 18, 2012 Do a yfz450 conversion The down side to a 250r is limited numbers harder to get Some good parts shit looks clean Quote

thomas h. Posted October 5, 2012 Report Posted October 5, 2012 Thanks mike! I get restless too. I hope not to sell my hybrid but my next project is a single seat long travel sand rail powered by rotary. Trying to get huge power to weight ratio. Quote
Two Flags Posted October 26, 2012 Report Posted October 26, 2012 BUY BOTH!!!! THEN BUY A 250 geo frame for your shee! It only costs about fifteen k to built the chassis!!!!!!lmao!!!!!!! Quote
nastyracing Posted October 26, 2012 Report Posted October 26, 2012 Why not both !! I have found out the key to any machine I am gonna be beating is chromoly after market frame. Quote
banshee4mil Posted November 1, 2012 Report Posted November 1, 2012 i would go to the 250r if your not happy with the shee, hondas are great bikes!, only reason i have a shee is cause its a twin and i love the sound, there is a lot you can do to a "r" and they are comfortable, shees feel big and heavy, thats prolly why someone saud they felt smooth like a cadillac, cause of the weight or so Quote
ATVridinMaNiAc Posted November 2, 2012 Report Posted November 2, 2012 Comparing apples and oranges, honestly banshees are somewhat light after different pipes, shocks, a arms, swinger, carrier and shit like that, even with mine it feels pretty damn light. But even then a 250r is lighter and is definitely going to have a better feel. Just preference honestly both are probably the most awesome atvs ever built and made the sport grow so much. Quote
421cheetah Posted November 10, 2012 Report Posted November 10, 2012 i got a r and a 421 cheetah and i would recomend r in heart beat handle ten times beter just over all fell and if its not fast enough cause wen u jump from shee to r it will fill slow but so is stock shee put sphynx big bore port for u and make cubs sweat and they never break normal thigs wear but its super good woods/mx quad love mine and love my shee but i like showin up new 450s on old 87 cant beat it Quote
