Wher can I buy a replacement kick stater seal?

Here is a stupid question, Where can I buy a replacement kit starter shaft seal? I just replaced the water pump on my bike and the kick stater shaft seal that goes on the clutch cover needs to be replaced. I went to rockymountain atv, and they have the seal for $3.00, but the shipping is $7.00. Yes is only $7.00, but I hate paying more on shipping than the part's actual cost. I've looked on ebay with no luck. Anybody knows where I can get this? My local Yamaha dealers don't have it either. Thanks!!
