Anthony Pap Posted August 8, 2012 Report Posted August 8, 2012 I just bought a banshee and im replacing the carbs so the gas tank and carbs are out. i want to drain all the old oil before i put the new carbs and gas and such in . Will i be able to do this withouth having my bike runing? cus i know your suposed to haave ur bike warm so the oil will come out easier Quote
Anthony Pap Posted August 8, 2012 Author Report Posted August 8, 2012 Warm, cold, running, shut off, it all works. Just make sure you put either grape seed oil (the best) or EXTRA virgin olive oil in. The banshee trans is a little finicky and likes to be pampered. funny guy ^ Quote
Anthony Pap Posted August 8, 2012 Author Report Posted August 8, 2012 Warm or cold, doesnt matter. dont leave it running though. Just leave a drain bucket underneath for a few minutes and youre good to go. Thanks buddy Quote
Phelps Posted August 8, 2012 Report Posted August 8, 2012 trash settles. i would want it ran right before i changed it to make sure it was stirred up good. Quote
