33mm pwk jetting

I scored a set of 33pwk's and need an idea where to start with jetting.

Stock stroke F.A.S.T dune/play port. Carbs have 152 main and 50 pilots

with cel needle middle clip

I have 33pwk's with pods, VF2's, CPI's, PD Cool Head (19cc domes), Dune/Rec port, +4 timing at ~2500 feet & I have CEL needles with the clip in the middle slot, 40 pilots, 142 mains, & 1.5 turns out on the fuel screws.

I would start out at a 160 main, CEL needle middle clip, #48 pilots with the air screws 1.5-2 turns out. I would imagine you will end up around a 155 to 152 main.

what comp fuel and airbox or pods?

 

you should be at a good starting point...

 

comp is 160(20cc) on 93 pump and factory airbox
