gday was wondering can you run a rev box and a adjustable stator plate at 4 degrees at the same time was told today that the rev box basically does this meaning it would be 8 degrees total is this correct??? I was led to believe that the rev box only changed rev limit and curve !!! any help would be gratefull

I don't think the ignition boxes are worth anything, otherwise more people would be recommending them. I'm gonna get the timing plate and call it good... on a raptor I like having no rev limit in reverse but that's the only real thing I've had an aftermarket CDI for... oh, and I got it cheap so it was worth trying and was alot easier to reverse on hills and anywhere really LOL just had to be a little more aware :D

You can run both, but not necessary.. usually a timing plate does the job. Adjustable boxes are nice if motor needs different curve or want to be able to adjust on the fly. As far as +8 that would be the case depending on how the adjustable rev box was adjusted..

There's no rev limiter on a Banshee, so anything that calls it self a "rev box" I'd avoid. Just run the timing plate. If you want to try different curves get a Dyna FS. Beware, they will fry without notice, so keep a spare CDI on hand.
