i may be wrong since it was so long ago, but i think i remember something like 15-16 lb difference for a stock setup to my drag axle setup.

Question, will a drag axle fit in lsr round carrier, I know it takes bigger bearings 40mm but will I have to get a diff carrier? Thanks

As long as it's the 40mm bearings you should be good to go.

Hi sorry to bump and old thread, but when it says 34" wide for the play axle

 

Is that with the hubs adjusted to the outer edge of the axle or as shown in the pictures?

 

Or can it go a bit wider like 36-38?

 

Im looking at getting one but atm I have a 2+2 x-33 durablue at about 38" wide, I am willing to go back to stock width but I just dont want to end up with anything narrower than that.

The axle shaft itself is 34" long.

 

The widest the outside of hubs will go is 34".
