bracketracer Posted May 18, 2012 Report Posted May 18, 2012 Ok so I have a pretty nice bike bad (as far as sthe shap its in) crank head pistons. some stuff is in great shape id be about $500 into it to fix it or i could part it out be out a quad and have to go find a running one any advice Quote
Starwriter Posted May 18, 2012 Report Posted May 18, 2012 So, let me see if i got this right. You're on too tight of a budget to build a motor, so you think it might make better financial sense to part out your blown up bunch of parts and make enough money to buy a running Shee? Sorry, not gonna happen. Quote
Infamous039 Posted May 18, 2012 Report Posted May 18, 2012 I would say fix it probably would be cheaper than buying another bike they may have problems as well. If it only going cost you $500 to get it back running compared to $2000-$2500 for another bike thats a no brainer my man. Quote
dave5.0 Posted May 18, 2012 Report Posted May 18, 2012 I'll solve the problem for ya. I'll give ya $100 AND I'll even come and get it. There, wasn't that easy? Haha Quote
bracketracer Posted May 19, 2012 Author Report Posted May 19, 2012 Lol dave I'm good you got all excited like a little kid in a candy shop when you seen it lol. Not I'm not trying to part it to get a running one id never get that much cash Quote

Larry's Shee Posted May 19, 2012 Report Posted May 19, 2012 Problem with a part out is all the leftovers What exactly is wrong with it? Couple years ago everyone was "Can't sell it, I'll part it" now everyone is like "Can't sell it and parts aren't bringing what they used to" Unless you have some kick ass aftermarket parts you ain't making shit, and will be stuck with a bunch of useless parts. JMHO Quote
