Ya I made a big mistake by not getting a impeller. Dave did warn me and wanted to wait but I was being a punk kid and just wanting to go ride I thing I only have a hour on the motor maybe if I'm lucky lol

Its all stock ordered a impeller and jetting is fine same with leaks motor is brand new and leaked down fine with hood compression

well after a few long nights and hard work we got it done. after I almost took out the fence we decided the desert would be a better place for a test ride lol. I made It about a mile in and started heating up the motor it was a total bummer but life goes on now I'm looking for a overflow bottle and some in line coolers if anyone has those pm me a price and pics please. Id like to thank Dave5.0 and everyone for the parts and advice

I have a twisty throttle with cables and tors eliminator im looking to trade for a thumb with cable let me know what you have. I paint cars for a living it dose not have to be good looking but would be a plus

Alot of peopke have told me put bigger impeller in a biger radiator and inline cooler cuz they get hot fast just looking for advice. I tell them all my motor is stock and its only .040 over everything else is stock

Its not over heating. I was wondering if anyone has tried making the water jacket bigger

ok so the cooling seems like a big problem on these banshees. Is there any way to open up the water jackets to increase volume of water in the jugs and flow easier. I was going to order a new impeller but there out of stock from what I can see? Has anyone tried any of this my jugs are .040 over right nor.

is there a reason everyone paints there case? I was going to leave mine stock looking and then leave the jugs the same way. I think it would stay cooler too?

Has anyone used a set of j arm pipes on there a arm frame before? And how hard was it to get them to fit and whats the biggest issue with them fitting?

I got my shee a while back and have been slowly getting my parts. I just wanted to say thanks to everyone that has helped and is still helping. Dave5.0 and myself should be assembling the motor soon ill be posting up pics of the build.

I have stock pegs was thinking about changing them to different ones. Let me know if your willing to trade and what you have
