Front brakes

Took bike down to frame, the front brakes worked fine... Put together, tryed to bleed brakes and it's not building up pressure? No leaks at "t" or any connections, am I missing something here? You pump the MC, hold...crack valve like any other system correct? Also thought maybe the piston was bad on MC, installed one off dif bike, same thing

Get a vacuum bleeder.,

Front brakes are a PITA. Get a vacuum bleeder of some sort & it makes it a little big easier.

spent 4 hours bleeding with no luck so i just got a set of yfz brakes and used a bleed tool. they were working in 5 min

Havin the same issue switched to yfz450 master and calipers. Where do you find a vaccum bleeder? Auto store?

Thanks what I figured I'd end up using after about 15min of irritation. Ran out of daylight gettin other stuff ready I'll purchase one tomorrow though

Gravity Bleed. I do cars this way too since i rarely have someone to help me.

 

put teflon tape on the the threads of the bleeders and then a couple inches of clear hose. put a pan under each hose and then crack the bleeders open a turn or so. Grab a beer and keep the master cylinder full. some times if its really dry pumping the MC quickly a couple times gets it started.
