streetplatoon Posted March 3, 2012 Author Report Posted March 3, 2012 I have everything Stellar on my bikes. No other choice period. Nice setup brutha! Is that a clear coat over the original steel ? Quote
wacko2000 Posted March 3, 2012 Report Posted March 3, 2012 I agree- both companies make a great product, but bottom line is that stellar is a site sponsor so he gets my vote!! His work is top notch- cant be beat My +4 swinger is Bulletproof and badass Joe Quote
streetplatoon Posted March 3, 2012 Author Report Posted March 3, 2012 Nice setup brutha! Is that a clear coat over the original steel ? are those hiem joints you went with, would that be the prefered choice over 12mm ball joints ? The reason I ask is cuz I was told hiems start squeeking.... Quote
camatv Posted March 4, 2012 Report Posted March 4, 2012 drag and have to have to have the lightest thing around. use hyme. IF you ride at all id use the ball joint.. both companies make great products. if your buying a-arms swingarms id deff recomend stellar. i personally really like his j-arm set up Quote
So Cal Suspension Posted March 4, 2012 Report Posted March 4, 2012 It makes me sad every time I see those heims being used on arms... Quote
streetplatoon Posted March 6, 2012 Author Report Posted March 6, 2012 Never used or seen stellars stuff in person. Lonestar I have ran and had buddies run too. No issues at all. cool thanks ! I hate to say this but I might just go pick up the lonestars... Tim is booked up Quote
Larry's Shee Posted March 8, 2012 Report Posted March 8, 2012 I'll bet he's booked up for a reason too Craftsmanship or production, choose one. Quote
locogato11283 Posted March 8, 2012 Report Posted March 8, 2012 cool thanks ! I hate to say this but I might just go pick up the lonestars... Tim is booked up Have you tried Wheelman Chassis or Fireball Racing? Quote
Hilarious Posted March 8, 2012 Report Posted March 8, 2012 cool thanks ! I hate to say this but I might just go pick up the lonestars... Tim is booked up Tim puts out a really awesome product and he will build you what you want. Quote
RC418 Posted March 8, 2012 Report Posted March 8, 2012 (edited) Heres my bling from Stellar...........I believe his arms (J or A) are $420 for bare finish and then however much extra for powder or chrome. Tim was very straight forward about his products and provided excellent customer service from my experience with him. At first I was a litte worried about giving him $600 but I would not hesitate to do it again, great products and great customer service cant be beat. Lonestar stuff is way overpriced IMO......... P.S.... I've never ran Stellar or Lonestar products, I havent even put these arms on my bike yet but ill say the quality is top notch. The pictures dont even do justice....
