421venom Posted January 9, 2012 Report Posted January 9, 2012 hey guys i need to bore out the cylinders on my banshee and i went to a machine shop but they said i need the pistons first but my question is how do i know what piston size i need and how do i measure them? this is the piston i have now.. BANSHEE HP Posted January 10, 2012 Report Posted January 10, 2012 (edited) you dont bore a cub cylinder you have it nikasil plated, it will aways be 68mm. you send the cyilnder off to millenium technologies 1404 Pilgrim Road • Plymouth WI 53073 phone: 920-893-5595. they replate the cylinder and send it back to looking brand new, get new set of 68mm pistons and your done. edit: wiseco 573mo6800 is the piston part number you need Edited January 10, 2012 by BANSHEE HP Quote
