banshee9090 Posted December 10, 2011 Report Posted December 10, 2011 hello guys , i did search in most forums for solution of my problem ,no positive result i decided to post it here i hope you can help to solve here we go with BR8ES the bike pull well but with drag full throttle from 1th to 6th gear and after about 5 minuets dragging the spark plug damage . i have to change it if i go for drag full throttle. i wish you understand my problem. Post a picture of your plugs. Are they grey or black and wet when you remove them? If they are grey its probably lean or detonation and could be resolved with proper jetting and engine setup, but you are causing damage every time you run it like that. If they are black and wet, its just rich and you could re-jet to resolve the problem. - Jared Quote

Read up on how to do a "Plug Chop" That will tell you where your jetting needs to be, but it looks like you are getting close. Don't go lean, or you can start to do damage.
