hello guys , i did search in most forums for solution of my problem ,no positive result i decided to post it here i hope you can help to solve here we go with BR8ES the bike pull well but with drag full throttle from 1th to 6th gear and after about 5 minuets dragging the spark plug damage . i have to change it if i go for drag full throttle. i wish you understand my problem.

Post a picture of your plugs. Are they grey or black and wet when you remove them? If they are grey its probably lean or detonation and could be resolved with proper jetting and engine setup, but you are causing damage every time you run it like that. If they are black and wet, its just rich and you could re-jet to resolve the problem.

thanks for the good advice Mr. jared, .well the left side was black , wet and damage the right side black , dry and still ok

No doubt man you are rich take your time and jet until your plugs look something like this..

What's your current jetting? main jet, needle number, needle clip position, pilot jet, air screw turns out and elevation/temp?

Looks rich to me. Your plugs should look like coffee with creamer in it. Nice chocolate color, not black.

 

i forgot to said my spark plug turn black and wet after about three hours riding! a my still rich guys?

Yes, you are still rich. Your plugs should look like the one above no matter how long you've been riding.

but is rich jetting can cause spark plug to be damage ?

hi again guys, i go down on the main from 340 to 330 but still rich, when i switch to 320 tow colors brown and Black start to sharing each spark plug , i think i will tray 310 next week , will let you know.

That's looking better! Read up on how to do a "Plug Chop" That will tell you where your jetting needs to be, but it looks like you are getting close. Don't go lean, or you can start to do damage. Make sure you plug chop before you go any farther.

before when i accelerate 1-6 gear full Hammer my spark plugs gets damage, yeah man it Really looks better i will do Plug Chop next week, I will not go lean, thank jared.

When you say "damage" do you mean you are fouling your plugs? Just want to clarify that one...
