Companies that have an account setup with UPS get hefty discounts for shipping in bulk. One thing u could do is try to get pricing on shipping two different packages, ship one pipe in each package, UPS charges bases on dimension and weight so sometimes its cheaper by doing that. Also sometimes other carriers like DHL or FedEx can provide better rates if the destination is a place that they commonly ship stuff too, I would get a quote from another carrier. Not sure if u had to specify what the items are but that possibly could affect the prices for duties and taxes, if there are any. Edited December 8, 2011 by RC418 Quote
