Please Post Plug Chop pics

Ok. I wanna see some plug chop pics. Please only post decent ones. not way blury. I would like to see some that are just right, too lean, too rich, etc. thanks!!!

this is what my plug looked like after i did the plug chops in all the throttle ranges, this is alittle rich and the pilot is the richest because the tip is slightly black.

 

tip of the electrode = pilot jet

middle of the electrode = needle

bottom = main

I've never understood why anyone would want to waste a perfectly good set of plugs doing a plug chop. In ten years of riding Banshees I have never once chopped up a plug.

I never chop them either....I just pull plug & look at electrode, base ring, & tip.

I use a eye loop to look. Although maybe I will chop one to see if it looks like what I see with a eye loop.

I have never done one until today either. I dont think I will do another one either. Pain in the ass, I am just getting sick of chassing issues and wanted to try something new to see if it makes it easier.

no I am running pump gas at 150 psi and a .055 squish

All of my asphalt gas motors have the main curcuits dialed in by doing chops. 1/4 mile is the perfect environment for doing it correctly.
