That tied he paypal up. Then I contacted the district attorneys office in phoenix, az where he lived. I gave them his name, phone number I had and email address and said he was operating an internet scam. Two days later the Dick head contacted me and asked if I would release the paypal dispute so he could refund me. I replied fuck you, figure out a way to get me my money and then I would. He sent my money from another paypal account. To this day, I don't know if the DA's office had anything to do with it or not, but a month long battle got resolved 2 days after the call. Quote

PSInet is an ISP, but they have been out of business since 2002. Fortunately, they were acquired by Cogen Communications, which is still in business, and they would know who was using that IP. All the other ones come up as mobile.mycingular.com. Odds are he was posting from a wireless broadband card. Good luck, and hopefully this info can be used. Quote

Law students love this kinda stuff. It gets their name out there and they get experience and often-times points for classes if they turn it all in to the professors.
