Ok so i got my banshee all together acouple weeks ago and hadnt really had time to mess around with jetting.

When ever you riding it and get up to 3/4-Full it just seems like its not reving up to what it should. It also does this just reving it not riding it.

It doesnt bog it just seems like it should rev higher, i took the plugs out and they were wet with black oil (oil drips out the back pipes too) but once i cleaned them up the were a bread like color.

jets are 27.5 pilots, 300 mains, Floats are at 21mm, the tors is still hooked up, compression is 160 psi in the right, 157 psi in the left, Klotz super techniplate mixed at 32:1 with 93 oct.

Also the right cylinder and pipe are hotter than the left, not by alot but i can tell by touching them, could this be because of the 3 psi more compression?

Mods are in my sig...

I got it and never rode it till I torn it down to make sure every thing was alright, but yes I just "recharged" the k&n idk if I put to much oil on it but alot of oil dripped off into the airbox. It's acted like this since I got it back together and maybe before but idk, just figured I'd get into the fine tuning now

If the filter is dripping oil into your airbox then you over oiled it. Its very easy to over oil the k&n. Not sure if thats your problem but wouldnt hurt to re-clean & oil the filter.

ditch the resistor plugs, gap down to about .22 take the filter OFF and see if it runs ok. is the gap on the stator right?

Ok i took the airfilter off and it made no difference, but today it rained pretty hard and when i went to start it it idled really rough and then like a minute later it just died, so i turn the air screw out to 2 turns and it still idled rough but it didnt die. i put the lid on and it died so i think i might be too rich, should i go back to 25 pilots? the idle screws are turned the whole way out also.

ok well im going away for a week so i wont be able to change jets till then but ill lower them to 290 and 25 pilots and see what happends then

I'm not sure if the pilots are the problem though. I read somewhere on here the fmf sst pipes like small pilots. When you do start changing things make sure you do them one at a time so you can find exactly what is causing the problem.
