axle carrier ruined

the right edge of my axle carrier looks like someone cut it with a cutting torch. it's all jagged and sharp edges, i have no idea what happened, and the bearings are terrible.

 

i saw a few on ebay new with bearings in them that looked pretty legit

has anyone had experience with these before? and is that a good deal?

I would recommend one of these. They are twin bearing carriers and look pretty nice.

haha i'll get the bottom one, but my shee is an 87, so do i just have to get a bolt kit from the newer ones that have the 2 long bolts instead of 4 short, and everything else will be fine?

A picture is not worth a thousand word, I didn't see that one USED. 90% of new for used PLUS Rays 14.95 ship? Not economically sound
