i took the motor out of the 87 banshee my girlfriend's dad gave me, and its not lookin to good inside, the left piston can move back and forth in the cylinder.

i'm hopin that's true, but i really dont wanna buy new cylinders, unless someone wants to sell me some that have some porting done

hit up a site sponsor.....they'll take good care of you. hell for free that is NOT bad......id expect it to be locked up and have the frame folded over on itself for free hahaha...

i just took the jugs off, it doesn't look terrible, but i'm not sure of everything to look for, so we'll see what happens the more i progress

Send your cylinders off to Kevin at Herr Jugs Racing and he can take care of you. Bore/hone/new top end/porting if you want it. He can also help you out with the crank and any bearings you will need. Give him a call, his number is in my signature.

we can start buy 2 new connecting rod and go to the yamaha store and ask for a oversize piston for ur jug and thats it no more problems remember to buy 2 pistons not only 1

Plus by the time you pay for parts AND labor to rebuid a crank you can buy all new. I'm sure others will verify this fact. :cheers:
