Give him a sob story about not having any money for internet and transportation to the local library to use the net. That way you can get a pay pal account seup and get the ball rolling. Then when he sends you a 20 send him a stupid pic in the mail of some drunk clowns or something. Scam the Scammer. 20 might not sound like much but in nigeria it is and he will be pissed.
