BansheeTeam Posted June 23, 2012 Report Posted June 23, 2012 That statement is pure speculation, and personal preference. I used to run FMF Fatties, and I beat a lot of bikes with Toomey's on them, so the pipe manufacturer isn't all that matters. It depends a lot, on the supporting mods. Yeah their mostly personal preference your right. What about jetting with the pods what do you think i should do Quote
camatv Posted June 23, 2012 Report Posted June 23, 2012 your going to need more than porting.. BUT it depends on what exactilly your trying to beat.. if your trying to hang with stock bikes you shouldnt have an issue now. if your trying to whop some cubs with drag chassis your in a long road of spending cash.. buy a DM and get a 6 over... mouzon30 Posted June 23, 2012 Report Posted June 23, 2012 imo i go with hjr mx hardcore port you would be happy with that setup trust me Quote
DirtDiggler69 Posted June 23, 2012 Report Posted June 23, 2012 Drag Racing and Trail Riding can't get farther apart on the performance spectrum , IF i wanted a drag bike ( which I don't ) I'd find a lighter frame like a Blaster and stuff a Banshee motor in it , then save the Banshee for Duning and Trails . special06shee Posted June 23, 2012 Report Posted June 23, 2012 Just get the stock cylinders ported! Give Jeff at fast a call!! My old set up was a stock stroke dune/play port with boost ports,Stock carbs, +4 timing, vforce, airbox with k&n, t5's. It was a hard runner and would trail ride very well! Quote
