Mine does the samething. Especially when it's not fully warmed up. I have to throttle it when goin in first so that it will not kill it. After I run it thourgh the gears it's fine. My accuator arrow lines up perfect on the case too. Quote
Jereme6655 Posted April 25, 2011 Report Posted April 25, 2011 how cold was it? it could be just as simple as the tranny fluid was cold and if it is a thicker oil then it's going to grap ALOT harder.....causing it to stall your bike sometimes. it could also be that the clutch has not been rolled over into the fluid recently so it could be that your clutch is dry and it was too dry until you get more fluid up on it.... andrew3160 Posted April 25, 2011 Report Posted April 25, 2011 I had the same problem. Replaced the clutch and pushrod and ball. All fixed. Sometimes the clutch actuator that your cable goes into going into the cases can get worn out as well, so it would be a good time to check that. Some say to push the actuator arrow to the stater side of the arrow on your case when fully disengaged as well. Quote
Bansheeejohn Posted May 4, 2011 Author Report Posted May 4, 2011 fixed!!!! thank god didnt need to spend anymore money ............my nephew had a good idea to put her up on a milk crate and run her a while...well i did yesterday after almost 10 minutes idling in 1st gear and pulling in the clutch again and again she finally started working yeah baby!!!!!!
