ranger505 Posted March 11, 2011 Report Posted March 11, 2011 im reposting my issue im having with my banshee 1999 my banshee starts up first kick idles great but when you reeve it up it bogs down it seems like it misses sometimes back fires. it has a new crank fresh bore new coil new stator cool head 22 domes new pistons i has a cdi box on order and i received it but it still does the same thing ive had 2 people tune it for me and they could not make it run right now i have 280 jets we moved the needle all positions and the same. some body told me that it could be the crank but its new. checked all grounds they look good i have stock carbs no tors. i was moving the idle screw and it shocked me i dont know what that was about. i really dont want to tear the motor apart. what should i do?? ranger505 Posted March 11, 2011 Author Report Posted March 11, 2011 originally i checked the compression and it had 90 but the compression tester had the wrong end so i got the right one and it has about 132 the reeds look good. i was messing with it know and i had a long screw driver on the motor and i see arcking off of the motor and the screw driver the more i rev it up the brighter it gets any ideas Quote

Right now I'd have to look up your first post, read all of it to see what was done, what was suggested , what your set-up currently is, etc, etc, etc, etc. Quote
