06specialedition Posted February 8, 2011 Report Posted February 8, 2011 got 220 right now with snorkel removed plugs aren't gray but not really black either I would bump your mains up to atleast 260's and adjust from there. You may need to go down a bit, but start rich. Quote
dirtydownunder Posted February 9, 2011 Report Posted February 9, 2011 260 main is fmf jetting with lid and snorkle on !, start at 280 if you running a fmf without the lid on your airbox. Quote

It won't hurt to start at 280 but IMO that's to rich.....he's at 2000ft above sea level....I would say 260's. Quote
Jereme6655 Posted February 10, 2011 Report Posted February 10, 2011 i was runnin 290 with a 2-1 air filter FMF fatties and +4 timing at 1500feet. i would say you should be around a 270 at 2000. BUT Fatties also need to have the pilot jet jumped up from the stock 25 to a 27.5 so that it doesn't run itself lean on the low end. Quote

They hit the power band real quick down low Quote
Larry's Shee Posted February 11, 2011 Report Posted February 11, 2011 That's just what I was hoping to hear. Bought a bunch of stuff for $120 , think we paid 30-35 for the pipes and silecers. Not good shape ,but little VHT, good to go. I'm getting 27.5 pilots and 310, 320, 330 mains to start. Quote
400sbc Posted February 12, 2011 Report Posted February 12, 2011 i was running 410 with fmf fatty, v force 3, dyna cdi curve 1, k&n filter, close lid Quote
