Timing?

When the flywheel and stator and everything else on that side of the case is removed, does it mess up the timing? I mean does anything specific need to be reset when installing. The manual doesnt mention too much about the timing.

Unless you have adjustable timing plate , it's good to go. Seat flywheel (with key) blue loctite on threads, torque nut ,done.

Just need to check the air gap on the pickup coil.
