Slammin Full Bore Posted July 9, 2010 Report Posted July 9, 2010 Hi All. My bike has been sitting for two years up on two wheels. I know big mistake. The carbs shot fuel out of the overflow when I turned the gas on. do I need to rebuild these? If so, what do I need to rebuild it.They are stock carbs but jetted. Larry's Shee Posted July 10, 2010 Report Posted July 10, 2010 You might want to start with a good cleaning. Probably residue from the fuel evaporating leaving gunky oil and varnish. Might get away with just float valve and seat. Check with the site sponsers , they probably have them. Quote

AKheathen Posted July 10, 2010 Report Posted July 10, 2010 give them a good cleaning, 1 AT A TIME, and make sure they are adjusted right. if they still leak, then get both float neeld/seats, and bowl gaskets. Quote
