Hank Posted June 14, 2010 Report Posted June 14, 2010 I just ordered a new cub topend kit(stock stroke) and crank to rebuild my 2000 Banshee. I have never done a complete teardown. Any recommendations for any sites or links to walk me through it. I used the linked posted here to do my adjustable timing plate which was extremely helpful. Thanks...Hank Quote
locogato11283 Posted June 15, 2010 Report Posted June 15, 2010 do you have a clymer manual? they are pretty helpful on some things. if this is your first time, just label everything. keep things in order. take pics of stuff coming apart if you think you wont remember it later. these motors are very simple and theres not much to them. if you get going on it and have an issue, dont hesitate to call.. my number is on the contact page on the home page. Hank Posted June 20, 2010 Author Report Posted June 20, 2010 (edited) Thanks Tyler! I got the Clymer manual and downloaded some of the instructions off some of the threads. Now waiting for the parts to arrive....Hank Edited June 20, 2010 by Hank Quote
