421 cub jetting and timing

I have just put together my 421 cub motor, and i am trying to figure out where to start with jetting and timing, and what mix ratio to run, .here is a list of the parts i have on the bike.

CPI In frames and silencers

V-force 3 reeds

35mm pwk carbs

k&n pods

reed spacers

hot rods 4 mill with 5 long rod crank

matched cases

no porting, just removed all the cast marks

110 octane sunoco

18cc domes

32-1 mix with golden spectro

adjustable timing plate

dynatek coil

lightened flywheel

straight cut gears

Thinking about getting a dyna fs cdi

160 main. 45 pilot. needle in the middle. +7 timing. klotz at 40:1.

What type of needle should i run, and is the +7 timing with the dynatek switched to the stock curve?
