05Twin350 Posted May 22, 2010 Report Posted May 22, 2010 Hello everyone. I am currently new to the board. I have an 05 shee and I am looking for some more bang. This bike just ask for more as you all know. I want to put some pipes on it and I am looking at the T-6's and jet kit. Basically any advice? No major mods planned for the future and if there are I will cross that road when I get there. Right now looking at pipes, jetting, and intake. Maybe new plugs, just want recommendations. Thanks, Chris Quote

xX JAMMER Xx Posted May 22, 2010 Report Posted May 22, 2010 if your plastics are already cut i would look into the new rocket r2 pipes. (have to cut plastics to fit them) i test road them on my buddies bike and they flat out get it. Far superior over any FMF or Toomey pipe i have ever used Maybe do a set of reeds. A timing plate is a cheap bolt-on that offers a good bit of horse K&N air filter Quote
firebanshee Posted May 22, 2010 Report Posted May 22, 2010 Just say NO!!! to the T-6s they are junk.imo Quote
alf44 Posted May 22, 2010 Report Posted May 22, 2010 Get a set of pipes taylored more towards your riding style. Shearers and CPI are more of a drag top end pipe. T5's are a great all arpipe and the fmf's and pro circuits are a good low mid pipe. Theres actually alot of bolt on parts you can do to gain performance and reliability. Shoot me a pm or give me a call and I can help you out. Quote
