shee23 Posted May 17, 2010 Report Posted May 17, 2010 what bearings do you have to replace if any?? i'm replacing all the seals and gaskets but not sure if i need new crank bearings or what all i need to replace. Quote
overrevtricky Posted May 17, 2010 Report Posted May 17, 2010 no need to replace any bearings unless they have alot of play in them, or just look shot. Put new seals in for sure and you'll be good! Quote

Put new seals in for sure and you'll be good! x2. make sure to pay really close attention to all the crank bearings. look down thru the rod holes at the rod bearings for pits. roll all the bearings and check them over as best you can while its out. locogato11283 Posted May 18, 2010 Report Posted May 18, 2010 how much time is on the motor? if youre torn down that far and arent in a hurry, it might be a good idea to go ahead replace the bearings. Quote
