bansheeboy3 Posted May 11, 2010 Report Posted May 11, 2010 Hey guys i found a pair of pipes that are rusty down towards the bottom of the pipe where it hooks into the cylinder. If i get these and sandblast them, and they use high temp pipe paint will it work good and stay rust free for a while? Quote
Larry's Shee Posted May 11, 2010 Report Posted May 11, 2010 I would try something a little less agressive than sand ,soda or walnut shells. Pipes are thin enough to start with.Use good header paint like duplicolor header paint, not bbq. Quote
ellison445 Posted May 11, 2010 Report Posted May 11, 2010 SOS soap pads will take it right off and not scratch the chrome...... Quote
