Thanks for all the get well wishes...he appreciates it. He's home now, and in his last update to me was whining about "making love hurts"...lol. He still can't stand up completely straight. He's gonna be fine, doctor told him it will be 6 weeks before he can ride again...so he will be trying in a month I'm sure. (he doesn't like to be told he can't do things) His scar is truly impressive...there is a vertical line by his right kidney, and they wrapped a line around his front, over his bellybutton, and just about to his left side...it goes about 3/4 around him.

I guess now that he's OK, it's alright to have a little fun with this story.

I laughed my a$s off when I read your signature above. "WOW WHAT A RIDE" isn't what I was thinking as he was telling us this story.......I was thinking more along the lines of...."WOW, YOUR BUDDY MUST HAVE A BLONDE ROOT TICKLING HIS BRAIN"

Loosing a Kidney is one way to shave the weight, But I think a JJ+A aluminum play axle could have dropped about 10 lbs off of his ride and looked better than the scars too.

I love that quote myself...one of the best. I asked my friend for permission to post the pics and vid...don't wanna step on his toes if he doesn't want them up or if he wants to put them up himself. He did put them up on facebook, so I think he's ok with sharing...should have them soon.

 

I'm dieting right now...I told him having organs removed was cheating.
