Locked up again.

Ok guys, thanks to your suggestions, Weve figured it out. Actually it was one of the first posts that I tried. The kicker gear had given me trouble during assembly, and it was the bushing which had prevented the gear from being able to mesh correctly, therefore seeming seized.

 

I got it running tonight and started the break in of the motor. Thanks to all who helped on this, it feels great to accomplish my first new motor.

 

 

Good job. Also, don't worry about spraying fuel in the carbs to fire the bike up. We spray pump gas through the carbs on all of our race motors to start them because race fuel sucks for igniting, especially when it's cold out.
