Sealing the cases

Whats the most easily found product to use to seal the cases back together, and how long does it usually take to set up?

I go to Oriley's or AutoZone and get Permatex Motorcycle gasket maker. It's called Moto-seal.

You need a semi-drying gasket maker.

I put a thin coat on both sides of the case halfs, let it setup for 10-15 minutes then put 'em together.

I use toyota oil pan sealer,it's the same as the yamabond just black in color.

Yea dont use RTV or any of the Ultra sealers. They are made to seal oil and will not hold up to fuel. They can also cause the cases to not be fully seated because they are thick. Yambond, Honda bond, Three bond, and Moto Seal are all thin and are the right product for the job.
