kswayze Posted April 15, 2010 Report Posted April 15, 2010 My Banshee currently has FMF Fatty's, K&N filter with no air box lid, and it will be 0.020 over Wiseco Pro-Lites. My current Jetting is 300 main, 32.5 pilot, needle in 4th clip. Let me know. Thanks Quote
overrevtricky Posted April 15, 2010 Report Posted April 15, 2010 Ran almost the same setup, save for the 18cc domes in my sig, and I was at 27.5 pilot, 300 main, and stock needle clip position. With that I was a tad rich. Plug chops are the key, they tell all. I would say you are pretty close with that. Quote

Or, should I buy a few main jets and mess with my carbs first? Also, I am working on saving for a head and VF3s now. Quote
overrevtricky Posted April 15, 2010 Report Posted April 15, 2010 Ran stock airbox and filter with lid, VF3's, and T5's. Had 300 mains and 27.5 pilots, that was a tad rich. I'd say go with 320's or so, or until it gets boggy rich, then tune down one or two sizes, throw in a plug chop to be sure and you should be good to go. I like to go with the feel at the throttle along with plug chops personally. Throw it back together, take her for a spin and go from there! Quote
