Talk about customer service, you'd think he owned a computer shop. All of my nagging questions were answered promptly, and everything I asked for to be on the computer was done, no questions asked. He even set the computer up with my name as the user, and a JDS Customs background to boot! Its just so nice to deal with great people, especially in a large transaction such as this. Guys, do not hesitate to deal with Carlos. We need more people around HQ like this so everyone can be worry free about deals here!!! Quote

I had tough time getting it mounted so i posted about it, and he sent ME a msg saying he would make it right if it didnt fit.
