I apologize in advance for the 37 questions I have asked during the build of my motor. But just like the money I spent on the parts I would prefer not to cut any corners sooo.... The pancake bearing I have seems to stick out and the nut does not fall into hte outer clutch Hub I am curious if that is how it's supposed to be. Also I have the outer hub sitting against a washer which sits against the bearing which sits against the other washer then the rest of the assembly. Is this the correct oreder the pieces should go? I have apicture to show you question number one. and can get a picture to number 2 if need be.

what kind of adjuster is that? is it a stocker with the needle (pancake) bearing added or a cascade or..........?

it looks to me like your adjuster is sticking too far out away from your pressure plate. :shrugani:

maybe it only seems that way because you dont have the rest of your clutch assembled in that picture.

it sounds like you have the order of pieces in there correctly.

Bad drawing of the throw out plate but that's how it is done. The washers and bearings are on the inside of the plate. Only the nipple, threaded shaft and nut are on the outside of the plate. The nipple is long enough so you can hold it with a wrench to tighten down the 12mm nut with a separate wrench.
