Ok i just replaced my clutch hub, pressure plate, and clutch springs. The springs are stock ones. Anyway when its in nuetral is rolls fine but when you put it in gear it cant roll like its supposed to, but then when you pull the clutch in it still wont roll. The pressure plates comes out when you pull the lever like it should so im not really sure what the issue is. Thanks for any help

maybe just being a new clutch? Mine doesnt roll much at all with a new clutch in it, but the clutch works just fine. I attribute it to just having thicker and stickier frictions. Have you tried to ride it yet?

Havnt tried riding it yet had to fix something else. i just wanted to see if it was a problem before i put it back together. Also no i didnt soak the fibers and what does that mean im new to this stuff.

it's always more difficult to push with it in gear and clutch in, motor not running, it's normal. usually if you give it a hard shove it will 'break loose' and roll but still with some resistance. as long as it works properly when running you should have nothing to worry about.

When people change out the clutch basket. They make a big mistake on retorque'n the nut. Some people just zip them back on with an air gun and call it a day. Well over a some R&R on my self. Found out that if you go over the torque specks, it will start to fold the washer into the basket and cause it to grab. Which will result in harder "N" finds and feels like the clutch is not disengaging all the way.
