j arm/a arm conversion and nerf bar build

Lets see here buy an a-arm frame=$250 or do the mod=$20-$50 tops. Ummmm i would do the mod for sure. Now buying an a-arm frame and switching everything over would probably be the easiest way to go. But I think I will do the mod.

I'd build my own to, nothing like knowing there's some good tuff welds laid down!

ya i bent my j arm so bent it back with a porta power then i welded a plate on it where it bent and i noticed there welds suck.

I think there welds suck also, hell I noticed on my J arms there weld broke and when I bent it again it broke after my weld job. Hmmmmm I don't think robot welding is a good idea anymore!!

ya I have look over my bike(1999) and am still stunned oh how there welds pass quality control wait can anyone say Toyota LOL

lol im going too completly take the everything off the frame next winter and paint it and fix the welds add some stuff too the frame and then ill be happy
