Just got a banshee which I use for trail riding. It has the stock gearing (I believe) 14/41. Any recommendations for more bottom end. Should I come down on the rear sprocket or is this a pretty good all around set up? Thanks...Hank

if you want more bottom end you need to either drop a tooth in front or go up in the rear visa versa, for every 3 teeth you change is the rear is equal to 1 in front soo you can go from a 41 to 44 in the rear and that would be the same as dropping on up front

I'd do 13x41 or 14x44. Try either of those out and see how you like it. Have you bumped your timing up 4 degrees yet? That will help with the bottom end a little.

Waiting on my Noss head with 19cc domes and Chariot timing plate to get her next week. I plan on bumping the timing +4 like everyone recommends on BHQ. Depending on how that runs, I will mess with changing the rear sprocket.
