35thLS1SS19 Posted December 4, 2009 Author Report Posted December 4, 2009 i searched and searched for pictures but came up with nothing. But i did it just waiting on jets so i can start her up and ride! Quote
No Limit Powersports Posted December 4, 2009 Report Posted December 4, 2009 Thats the one the biggest of the 3 just make sure and use a file to knock the angle off of it so the jam nut will seat. Quote
TwistedSheeRida Posted December 4, 2009 Report Posted December 4, 2009 yeah file the top flat and stick a piece of wood or something in the carb when drill through so you dont hit the other side. its best to do on a drill press Quote
GrMeyer Posted December 5, 2009 Report Posted December 5, 2009 +3 on filing it flat. Also you might want to file it down so the idle screw will be able to go in more. I had that prob my first time and just had to file it down some more. Also make sure you get the black box under the tank or you will have a No Go on starting. Quote
RedStrapperRacing Posted December 5, 2009 Report Posted December 5, 2009 Your right on the money boss - take TwistedShee & GRMeyer's advice, all on point. If you have the idle kit the step by step should have came with it but here is a link with free directions & further tech support if needed....... http://www.toomey.com/ Quote
