Passion 12 Port Jetting

Need a little help on the jetting, i got 155's, 55's in it now i believe. Bike seems to run pretty good, air screws are at 1 1/2 turns out. It does seem a little dull till it gets on the pipe, but i think that may be the nature of the beast. Just wondering if this sounds about right for this motor. Havnt got to do a wide open test yet for lack of room, but im at 1200 feet ,and its been about 40 to 50 degrees here.

IMO, thats a size or so to big on the pilots. I would stick the 52's in.

Thats proly not the problem but I would be trying the 52's anyways. What needles are you running in the 35's and what clip are they on?...makes a good diff going from half to full throttle getting it all set right. But with shearers, its not going to be a smooth transition from off/on the pipe power. It's more like, wait for it, wait for it....then BAM..on the the power right now!!!

nope no dead spot on the midrange at all, just a little slow off the start, i dont have 52's for pilots will 50's work. I have 45,50,55 pilots.
