I ran a 44 tooth rear sprocket with the stock rear skid and an aftermarket no problems. Just had to remove the plastic guide from under the bottom of the sprocket.

Have you tried mounting your skid plate yet? Or do you no have one and looking for the right one?

I have ran 2 different skid plates while running a 44rear sprocket without any problems

Only thing that i had to do, was trim the chain slide, I have the TM design one and that need to be trimmed for the sprocket.

Good luck
