Guest jasonw Posted October 20, 2009 Report Posted October 20, 2009 I got one in a triad. I plan to take it out this next weekend for the first time to the local off road park. Below is a link to a video I took of it, can anyone tell me whatever they can about it? I'm sure the exhaust is not stock. I think the front bumper, grab bar and swing arm were changed to. http://www.youtube.com/user/reptile411#p/a/u/0/yXzlpUDC444 Quote
bbcmudtruck Posted October 20, 2009 Report Posted October 20, 2009 Looks like your swing arm is stock. The only things I could tell was your front bumper, nerfs and pipes. The pipes are old school FMF's and your nerfs are AC Pro-pegs with heel guards. I think the front bumper is a DG. Quote
Guest jasonw Posted October 20, 2009 Report Posted October 20, 2009 (edited) Thanks for the info. The swing arm is odd as I got a spare one that is all black and I am pretty sure he said the black one was the stock one and the mounted one was aftermarket. Any recommendations for it? I don't plan on winning any races or probably never getting out of 2nd lol. I'm more into putting around and just having a good time on mountain rides so I would imagine reliability would be the best thing for me. It also has a boost bottle. I have been told those are crap but they said it made a huge improvement in the performance, is that true? I would just as soon get rid of it. The less complex and easier to work on the better for me. Oh and before I forget, notice in the video there is more smoke coming out of the left pipe that the right? Is that a tell tale sign of something wrong? This is my first and only 2 cylinder 2 stroke. I'm still trying to get use to two of everything. Edited October 20, 2009 by jasonw Quote
