I got stock carbs and i did a motor swap on my banshee also... i cleaned out the carbs with carb cleaner took them apart and went through them... It started and idled fine and everything seemed alright BUT it was leaking a good ammount of gas out of the overflow... I turned it off and left it overnight.. next day I go and try to start it and it starts and dies about 3 times then just wouldn't start at all.. and I noticed that no gas was coming out of the overflow anymore.. i can't figure out whats wrong with this thing... I cleaned the carb again and it still won't kick..

Your floats are sticking. Your motor is probably horribly flooded. Did you remove the floats? Did you clean out the needle/seat? Take apart your carbs again. Make sure the needle slides in and out of the seat nicely when you move the floats up and down. You probably have some dirt in there.
