Nieskes Posted August 20, 2009 Report Posted August 20, 2009 fmf gold series 280 mains 27.5 pilots My bike runs great at all throttle but at idle it seems to cut out. When i pull the choke 1/2 it brings it back up. Im thinking im lean, but not sure what to go up on, pilots, mains, etc It seems to only cut out on one side also. Any help would be great, thanks. May want to check pilots one could be clogged, you should be fine with the jetting you have. Have you adjusted the a/f screws? Screw in and lightly seat them and back out 1.25 - 1.5 out. gbody Posted August 20, 2009 Report Posted August 20, 2009 Start at 1.5 turns then work your way from there . tighter is richer , looseing is lean , If that dont work you may need to go up one size. :cool: Quote
billy d Posted August 20, 2009 Report Posted August 20, 2009 yes...but have you removed the pilots and cleaned them completely...if you have to choke it you need more fuel...and the 27.5 should be plenty big Quote
